Shipping policy

Our large network aims to deliver your orders in a quick, secure way and takes about 4 – 5 days to deliver them to you.

To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered.

Shipping is available in all locations across India. We offer free shipping on all orders in India.

All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partners. All refunds will also be carried out through the same payment gateway.

Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.

In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time, you can raise your concern at teaquil@madhusudangroup.com with your order number.

MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).

Payment of your order is accepted through online payment (Credit cards and Net Banking and Debit Cards).
